You're in. Your order is
confirmed
Here's exactly what happens next, whatever you just bought.
Your payment went through. You'll get a confirmation email in the next few minutes — check spam or promotions if it doesn't show up in your inbox.
What did you get? Here's what happens for each:
- BASIC subscription (live classes): you're in already. Log in to see the next live class and everything recorded so far.
- A STANDARD course: your course is in your account now, with a full year of access from today. Start whenever you're ready, at your own pace.
- An in-person class pass (single class, monthly or quarterly): your pass is active. You'll show a code from your account at the door — no lists, no paperwork.
- GOLD Full Training or a private class: this one isn't automatic — it's personal coaching. We'll reach out to you directly to set up your first step.
Where will you find all this from now on? Always in the same place: your account. Your course, your subscription, your pass and your order history all live there — no need to save any link or email.
(A direct link to the course or service you bought will be added here once we work out how to detect your order on this screen — see this snippet's header.)
What if…?
You didn't get a confirmation email?
Check spam and promotions first. Still nothing after half an hour? Email support@irenepalomares.com or WhatsApp us with your name and what you bought.
Your purchase isn't showing in your account yet?
It can take a few minutes to activate. If it's still missing after a while, contact us with the order number from your confirmation email.
You bought an in-person class pass and aren't sure how it works?
You'll show it from your phone, logged in, on the /validar/ screen, the day of your class.
Payment didn't go through, or you saw an error?
Tell us roughly when it happened. We'll check it — a technical glitch on our end never means you get charged twice.
You booked GOLD or a private class and haven't heard from us yet?
We reach out personally to set up times. If it's been more than two business days, drop us a line first — messages occasionally get lost.
